Terms of use

By using Circle you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use the service.

Who may join

Circle is for current university students. Access to a circle requires a verified email address at that university. Sharing your account, verifying an address that is not yours, or keeping access after you are no longer entitled to the address are all grounds for removal.

How to behave

Keep this campus a safe space. Do not harass, threaten or impersonate anyone. Do not post another student’s personal information. Do not spam, and do not use Circle to market to students at large — the absence of that noise is most of the point.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant Circle the permission needed to store and display it to the people entitled to see it. Do not post material you have no right to share.

Buying and selling

Listings are between students. Circle does not process payments, hold funds, vet items or mediate disputes. Meet sensibly and use your judgement.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, without warranty. Circles open when enough students at a school are waiting; we do not promise that yours will open by any particular date.

Ending access

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
